Annual Client Survey

We are incredibly proud to share the results of our 2025 Client Annual Survey, which shows that 100 percent of clients would recommend Amber Support. This powerful outcome reflects not only high quality care, but strong relationships, trust, and a genuine sense of wellbeing felt by people we support across both Supported Living and Day Services.

The survey provides a clear and consistent picture. Clients feel known as individuals, listened to, and respected. Every respondent confirmed that staff understand their background, likes, hopes, and needs, and communicate with them in a way that works for them. Clients told us they feel comfortable expressing their views and confident that their voices matter.

Clients also shared that they are actively involved in decisions about their current and future support. Care arrangements are clearly set out, helping staff provide consistent and personalised support. Where clients had concerns or complaints, they felt reassured that these would be taken seriously, handled openly, and responded to in good time.

Safety and wellbeing were strong themes throughout the feedback. Clients reported feeling safe, protected, and supported in their day to day lives. They shared that staff take the right steps at the right time to support good health, manage risks, and respond quickly and openly when incidents occur. This reflects a culture where people feel secure and cared for.

There was also very high confidence in staff teams and leadership. Clients described staff as skilled, knowledgeable, and happy in their roles, and managers as honest, clear, and dependable, including when things go wrong. These responses demonstrate a service that is well led and grounded in openness and accountability.

When asked to describe Amber Support in their own words, clients used warm and affirming language such as happy, welcoming, relaxed, friendly, kind, caring, and fun. Many spoke about enjoying being part of Amber Support, valuing friendships, and feeling settled, positive, and supported in their lives.
