AMBER SUpport
Where care meets purpose and people come first
About
Us

Amber Support Services has been delivering high-quality disability support since 2004. We work with adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and complex needs. Our services are available across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. We support people to live more independently, feel more confident and stay connected to their communities.
At Amber Support, we believe care should be personal. That is why we take time to understand each person’s needs, goals and lifestyle. We build support around what matters to them.
We offer:
- Community care in people’s own homes
- Supported living for greater independence
- Day services that encourage learning, connection and fun
- Employment and life skills support
- Nature-based projects like Amber Seasons, our off-grid wellbeing site
Our team is kind, professional and committed to making a positive difference every day. We are a CQC-regulated provider and have received national awards for the quality of our care.
People shape our services and we believe in doing things the right way, with care, respect and purpose. Whether you are looking for support, exploring options for someone you care about, or want to join our team, we are here to help.
Our
Culture

Inclusive, Innovative and Person-Centred
At Amber Support Services, we know that exceptional care starts with a strong, supportive culture. That is why we have created an open, inclusive and collaborative environment; one where ideas are shared, voices are heard, and everyone is empowered to make a difference.
We take pride in delivering tailored disability support that focuses on the whole person, not just their needs, but their goals, relationships, and aspirations. Our culture encourages creativity and innovation, allowing us to design flexible, outcome based support that evolves with each individual.
By working closely with families, advocates, friends and professionals, we build trusted partnerships that keep people at the heart of everything we do. We are bold in our thinking and courageous in our approach; unafraid to take positive risks when it means better outcomes for the people we support.
This is not just the way we work. It is who we are.

Family
Values

Where Team Happiness Drives Outstanding Care
At Amber Support, we believe that a happy, supported team delivers exceptional care. That is why we foster a genuine family environment, where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.
We invest in our team’s wellbeing because we know that when our staff feel safe, respected and encouraged, the care we provide to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs is even more impactful. Whether you are sharing fresh ideas, stepping up your responsibilities, or simply reaching out; we are here to listen. Every voice matters. Every effort counts.
From answering every call with care to delivering consistently excellent support across our Day Services and Community Care, we go the extra mile to ensure our clients receive the service they truly deserve.
This culture of care starts with our people. By supporting one another, celebrating achievements, and holding shared values at our core, we create a workplace where passion, purpose and positivity thrive. It is this strong foundation that enables us to deliver not only high-quality support, but also a genuine sense of belonging—for our team, our clients, and the wider community.
Getting
Started

Starting your support journey with us is simple and entirely focused on you. If you are new to Amber Support, the best first step is to give us a call. Whether you are reaching out for yourself or someone else, our friendly team will be happy to talk things through, offer guidance, and explain how we can support you.
We will arrange a relaxed, face-to-face Support Assessment to understand your needs, goals, and preferences. If funding is required, we can help you explore your options and guide you through the application process to get the support in place.
Once everything is in place, you can begin accessing services with us. We will then work with you to create a personalised Care Plan, shaped around your individual circumstances, ambitions, and changing needs. We will work in partnership with you, ensuring your voice is at the heart of every decision. We believe that support should grow with you. That is why your Care Plan will be reviewed regularly, with the focus always on your progress, achievements, and future goals.

Partnerships
and Professionals

We believe that high-quality disability support is built on strong partnerships, professional collaboration, and continuous learning. We actively seek opportunities to work with commissioners, healthcare professionals, local authorities, and community organisations to deliver the most effective and person-centred care possible.
We are committed to continuous service improvement, regularly reviewing practices to ensure they reflect current research, sector innovations, and the evolving needs of the people we support.
As a provider regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we are proud to deliver services that meet—and often exceed—the national standards for quality and safety. Our team understands what excellent care looks like and are trained to consistently deliver with compassion, integrity and accountability at every level.
We are always open to forming new partnerships with health and social care professionals who share our commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes. If you are interested in working with us or learning more about our approach, please get in touch.
Supportive
Technology

Empowering Independence Through Innovation
At Amber Support Services, we use smart, person-centred technology to enhance the quality, safety, and independence of the support we provide. Our approach to assistive technology in disability support is practical, thoughtful, and designed to make a real difference in people’s everyday lives.
We carefully select digital tools and devices that benefit both our team and the individuals we support. By integrating solutions like video doorbells, voice recognition devices, and sensor-based systems, we help people stay safe, feel more in control, and live as independently as possible—whether at home or within our services.
This use of technology-enabled care not only improves day-to-day experiences, it also brings long-term value. By streamlining tasks and reducing unnecessary costs, more of each client’s support budget can go towards meaningful activities—like our vibrant Day Services, engaging Community Projects, or tailored one-to-one support.
We are committed to staying at the forefront of digital innovation in social care, ensuring our services remain modern, responsive, and empowering for everyone we support.
