Through our Community Care services, you can get flexible support as and when you need it – from 5 to 24 hours a day in your own home and in your local community. We cover Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Sandwell and The Black Country.
We offer a range of Community Care services including Housing with Support, Respite Short Breaks and Outreach Support, all designed with maximum flexibility to empower you to live independently and maximise your personal budget. We can help you with a wide range of day-to-day tasks to make life much easier! From visiting the shops to making a cup of tea, we will support you in achieving whatever you want to achieve. Your Support Plan will outline how Amber will help you in your day-to-day life. Your plan is totally bespoke and is controlled by you.
- Together, we will design, develop and regularly review your support, ensuring it is tailored to your lifestyle and needs.
