
Kindness and Caring
At Amber Support, our latest Client Voice Meeting brought together clients from across our Day Services to explore this month’s theme of Kindness and Caring. The session created a positive and inclusive space where individuals could reflect, share their thoughts, and be part of meaningful conversations about their experiences.
Feedback from the session was strong, with 92% of clients saying they felt listened to and heard, and 92% saying they enjoyed the meeting. Clients described the session as “superb” and “good”, with particular recognition given to how well it was delivered. Not everyone chose to speak, but many engaged by listening and being present, reinforcing our belief that every form of communication matters.
Client Voice remains central to how we deliver support at Amber Support. These sessions ensure people are involved in their own lives and help shape the support we provide. As we move forward, we will continue to build on this by exploring topics such as independence, wellbeing, and future opportunities, ensuring every voice continues to have a place.
