Working in care
Care that changes lives. Including yours
Make a
difference

Care is not just a job. It is a purpose. A career in care means changing lives—including your own.
At Amber Support Services, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and complex needs across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Our team plays a vital role in helping people live more independently, connect with their communities and reach their personal goals.
We are looking for kind, reliable and compassionate people who want to make a difference. You do not need previous experience in disability support. What matters most is your attitude, your values and your willingness to learn. We provide full training, professional development and a strong support network—starting from day one.
With our dedicated mentoring programme, you will never feel alone. You will be supported, guided and empowered to grow into your role and beyond.
If you are ready for a career with purpose, where every day means something—join us.
