We are proud to share the results of our latest Annual Staff Survey and it is quite simply our strongest yet.
With an 88% response rate, this reflects a workforce that feels listened to, involved, and confident to share their views openly.
This level of participation matters because it means the results genuinely reflect how our staff feel about working at Amber Support.
A Net Promoter Score That Speaks for Itself
One of the most powerful measures in the survey is our Net Promoter Score, which looks at how likely staff are to recommend Amber Support as a place to work.
Across health and social care:
- A Net Promoter Score of 30 is considered good
- A score of 50 is considered excellent
- Scores above 70 are regarded as outstanding and rare
Our Net Promoter Score this year is +72.
That places Amber Support firmly in the outstanding category, showing that the vast majority of our staff are active advocates for the organisation and would confidently recommend Amber Support to friends and colleagues.
This is not a statistic we take lightly. It reflects trust, pride, and belief in the organisation.
What Our Staff Told Us
The survey results show consistently high levels of satisfaction across leadership, wellbeing, teamwork, communication, and culture.
Key highlights include:

- 100% said they feel happy at work
- 100% agreed that Amber Support strives to be a well led organisation
- 97% feel safe to challenge and share ideas
- 100% feel supported by leadership
